Timothy L. Takacs

Timothy L. Takacs is recognized nationally as a pioneer in Life Care Planning and elder law, with over 30 years devoted to helping older adults and their families. He was among the first attorneys to develop the interdisciplinary Life Care Planning model, which has since been adopted across the elder law field.

He is a founding member and past president of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, a founding member of the Special Needs Alliance, and a long-time member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where he served on the national Board of Directors.

As an accomplished author, speaker, and educator, Tim has authored multiple books on elder law and Life Care Planning and trained hundreds of attorneys nationwide. His depth of experience adds an exceptional layer of expertise to the work we do for every family we serve.
